TNN App Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction Welcome to The Nurses Network ("TNN"), a digital platform supporting professional development, community connection, and clinical growth for aesthetic practitioners. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile and web applications (the "Platform"), which are powered by EQUALS3. By using the Platform, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. 2. Eligibility You must be: At least 18 years of age; A qualified or trainee healthcare professional; Registered using accurate and current information. 2A. Professional Registration Confirmation By registering on and using the Platform, you confirm that you are a registered medical or aesthetics professional—or a student actively pursuing such a qualification—with the appropriate regulatory body in your jurisdiction (e.g., NMC, GMC, GPhC or equivalent). TNN reserves the right to request verification of your credentials at any time. If you provide false or misleading information about your professional status, your access to the Platform may be suspended or terminated without refund. Certain features may only be accessible to verified professionals or those practising within specific regions. 3. Membership & Subscriptions TNN offers tiered access, including free trials and paid membership levels. Benefits may include: Access to live and recorded webinars; Community discussions; Downloadable clinical and business resources; Referral and rewards tracking. Subscription payments are managed securely via the TNN Platform. Subscription details are shown in your account area. 4.1 Monthly Membership (£35/month – 12-month contract) The monthly membership allows you to spread the cost of an annual subscription over 12 monthly payments of £35. This plan includes a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your 12-month contract will begin automatically. 4.1.1 Contract Commitment By continuing past the 7-day trial, you agree to a fixed 12-month membership, billed monthly. After the trial has ended, the full 12-month term becomes payable, even if you choose to cancel before the end of the contract. 4.1.2 Cancellation You may cancel at any time through your account settings; however: Cancelling early does not release you from the remainder of the 12-month payment schedule. No refunds are provided for any months already paid. 4.1.3 No Cooling-Off Period The 7-day trial acts as your "try-before-you-commit" period. Once the trial ends and payment begins, the monthly annual contract does not include a 30-day cooling-off period. 4.2 Annual Membership (Paid Upfront – Price Varies) The annual membership is a single upfront payment giving 12 months of access. Pricing may vary throughout the year depending on promotions and offers. This plan does not auto-renew. 4.2.1 30-Day Cooling-Off Period You are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchasing the annual membership. To receive this refund, you must cancel within the 30-day period through your account settings. 4.2.2 After 30 Days After the 30-day cooling-off period has passed, the annual membership becomes non-refundable. Your access will continue until the end of the 12-month period. 4.3 End of Annual Membership Your annual membership ends automatically after 12 months unless you choose to purchase another year. There is no auto-renewal. 5. Platform Use You agree to: Use the Platform for lawful, professional purposes; Refrain from posting harmful, misleading, or offensive content; Comply with our Community Guidelines and moderation rules. We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts in breach of these Terms. 6. Sponsored Content Some features may include promotional or sponsored content from approved suppliers. These will be clearly marked. TNN does not endorse medical claims unless explicitly stated. 7. Intellectual Property All Platform content is protected under UK intellectual property law. TNN retains ownership of community content, documents, branding, and educational material; Supplier content remains the intellectual property of the relevant supplier. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission. 8. Data Handling TNN and EQUALS3 are joint data controllers in line with the UK GDPR. Personal data is processed for the purposes of delivering services, moderating the community, and enabling referral or supplier functions. See our Privacy Policy for more details. 9. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where Terms are breached. Upon termination, your data may be retained in accordance with our legal obligations. You may delete your account at any time by accessing your account settings within the app. 10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be handled through negotiation or mediation before legal action is taken.
