What we were up against

Designing and delivering a scalable 'Subscribe & Save' commercial model that could bridge global consumer electronics with the world's largest marketplace. The programme needed to test and validate the model in Europe before global expansion, with a focus on increasing Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV).
